The following payment methods are strictly not accepted on phbwin, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations:

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. phbwin reserves the right to reverse any transaction where the payment account does not match the registered account holder's identity.

• Minimum and maximum bets: Bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by phbwin at any time without prior notice.
• Payout errors: In the event that a game or system error results in an incorrect payout, phbwin reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the player's balance accordingly, regardless of whether the funds have been withdrawn.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phbwin and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, submitting fraudulent documents, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using phbwin to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with phbwin games or services in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting system errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on phbwin.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register an account if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your phbwin account.

phbwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.

Upon account closure for cause, phbwin reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, phbwin may forfeit all funds in the account, including real-money balances and bonus funds.

phbwin's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phbwin does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phbwin will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or events beyond phbwin's reasonable control (force majeure).

phbwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. phbwin will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. phbwin may share data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) where required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phbwin, you agree to first contact phbwin's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phbwin will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
